Summary:


The Inventory Control Manager will plan, oversee, and supervise all activities related to inventory control and project management within a Secret warehouse environment for F-16 parts. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for ensuring control and accountability of the items in transit, storage, and while in use, as well as ensures all parts and materials are properly stored and safeguarded according to IAW Secret Security classification guidelines and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory logs and reporting are maintained in order to meet customer demand.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control F-16 Block 50/52 C/D Aircraft parts in transit, storage, and in use.
  • Manage access to US Secret Facility and parts.
  • Participate with the customer in the transportation of assets from the Taiwan Port of Entry, keeping daily records, generating reports, and participating in inspections.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Support basic operations within a warehouse facility.
  • Maintain inventory logs, records, and reports.
  • Respond to Facility Alarms.
  • Perform random inspections of end item usage and report findings to USG Program Office.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in Aviation Parts Inventory and Facility Management.
  • Managing Secret level facility access.
  • Managing inventory control of classified Aviation parts, preferably F-16.4Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must not maintain dual citizenship.
  • Final Secret clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work in a foreign country.
  • Knowledge of NISPOM (5-306 and 5-800) requirements, working knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems, Basic Computer skills
  • Ability to be on call and respond within one hour if an Intrusion Detection alarm is detected.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Database management skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone.
