Project Analyst

The Project Analyst will assist with the daily operation and management of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other administrative materials.
- Assist with the technical writing of contract documentation for Directorate Departments.
- Provide technical review of documents.
- Assist with tracking military and civilian personnel evaluations, recognition, awards, and other requirements.
- Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting, and pre/post-support of workshops, training, conferences, and meetings.
- Oversee calendars, taskers, deadlines, and office distribution.
- Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites, and sub-sites.
- Assist with tracking, monitoring, and responding to tasking and expenses.
- Assist with initiating and managing government/contractor travel requests and authorizations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology field of study.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes.
- Must have PMP certification.
- ITIL Agile-SCRUM certifications preferred.
- Secret clearance Tier 3 investigation required.
