Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for an Electronics Technician Maintenance III supporting the Robot Logistics Support Center (RLSC). The Electronics Technician Maintenance III applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex electronic maintenance problems that cannot be resolved solely through reference to manufacturers’ manuals or standard technical documentation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, sustainment, reset, upgrade, testing, fielding, and training support for standard and non-standard robotic systems utilized by Department of War customers worldwide.
The Electronics Technician Maintenance III independently performs advanced diagnostics requiring a detailed understanding of electronic circuitry, signal flow, electromagnetic effects, software interfaces, radio frequency systems, and robotic subsystems. The position supports depot-level maintenance, sustainment, logistics, engineering, fielding, and training operations necessary to maintain robotic system readiness across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, sustainment, reset, and upgrade activities on robotic systems and associated subsystems.
- Analyze and isolate electronic, electromechanical, communications, radio-frequency, power distribution, control, and sensor system malfunctions.
- Conduct detailed circuit analysis, waveform calculations, signal tracing, fault isolation, and functional testing to identify root causes of system failures.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic and test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, multimeters, and computer-controlled test equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and corrective maintenance actions on assigned robotic systems.
- Review, interpret, and apply technical manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, software documentation, and maintenance procedures.
- Support system integration, software updates, engineering changes, modifications, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Perform quality inspections and verification testing on repaired or modified systems.
- Support depot maintenance operations, fielding activities, sustainment efforts, logistics support, and lifecycle management functions.
- Assist with training, demonstrations, new equipment fielding, and user support activities.
- Document maintenance actions, work orders, repair histories, parts usage, and readiness status in Government-approved systems.
- Support inventory accountability, parts tracking, equipment accountability, and warehouse operations as required.
- Provide technical assistance and mentorship to lower-level technicians.
- Travel to CONUS and OCONUS customer locations to support maintenance, fielding, sustainment, and training missions.
- Comply with all safety, security, OPSEC, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in electronics maintenance, repair, testing, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Interim SECRET clearances may be utilized only when specifically authorized by the Procuring Contracting Officer.
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access requirements, Common Access Card (CAC), and all required Government training certifications.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or completion of a formal technical or military electronics training program preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex electronic and robotic systems.
- Extensive knowledge of circuit analysis, electronic theory, waveform analysis, and signal flow relationships.
- Proficiency using complex electronic diagnostic and test equipment.
- Ability to evaluate electromagnetic effects, determine circuitry relationships, and implement engineering changes.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of robotic systems, subsystems, communications equipment, electronics, and associated support equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, engineering drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic maintenance management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
