The Senior Facility Specialist supports facility operations, including shipping/receiving, signage installation, event setup, shred bin swaps, box moves, and restocking of meeting spaces.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage deliveries and loading dock operations; follow OSHA safety standards.
Install signage and set/reset conference/training rooms for events.
Perform shred bin swaps and box moves within required timelines.
Restock meeting spaces and maintain cleanliness and seating arrangements.
Print, laminate, and hang signage as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilities or logistics operations.
OSHA Safety Training (required).
Forklift Certification (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
